The report is written as a hypertext document with some internal
cross-references and some external references. There is an
explanation of the concept in the Foreword to the report.
Could I please ask each of you to read this and make comments to
me. I will plan to coordinate the suggestions from you and
make changes in a controlled way so that chaos does not prevail,
as it often does.
When we are happy with it, I will move it to a public location
(assuming Chuck Vest, for whom it is written, agrees), and we
can disband. Before then, I think we should probably expect to
have to have a meeting or two to thrash out contentious issues.
Some sections of the report are not written, as you will see.
