I have just made up the printed copies of the report that we
promised to send to people. So far we have received three
requests. This note records the settings used, in case we
have to go back and redo any pages.

In NetScape 1.1N, under Options --> Preferences --> Fonts & Colors
the following settings were changed:
1. Proportional Font, Helvetica, 12 point
2. Fixed font, Courier, 12 point
3. Link color, custom, chosen to be black
4. Followed link color, custom, chosen to be black
5. Background, custom, chosen to be white
The printer used had 600 dpi resolution. The printer box
was set for color/greyscale. The page setup box did not have
any of the "options" set but did have all four "printer effects"
selected.
