   Last Monday, I was invited to play music at the Making History  event
   on the common. I parked in the underground garage, and had to pay the
   $28 fee to get  out.   I'd  been  told  that  with  my  Mass  Parking
   Identification  Placard  I  shouldn't have to pay.  I've been looking
   around for information about this, to see if I could get a refund. So
   far,  I've  been  unable  to  find  any information about handicapped
   parking in the Commons garage.

   Hi there,

   I'm sorry to hear about the trouble! We'll be more than happy to look
   into  this further.  Did you happen to grab a receipt for the on-site
   payment?  If so, could you please take a picture of that and send  it
   along in reply to this email? If not, a photo of the charge from your
   card statement would suffice.

   In addition to the receipt, kindly also include your  actual  arrival
   and departure time from the garage, and your vehicle make and model.
