I suggest that people take a look at the radiology material put up on
the web by the Universiry of Washington at
http://www.rad.washington.edu/.

The main thing to notice is that they have figued out how to collect
money for this, in return for giving out continuing education credits.

This doesn't fit our model of education, of course, but it is food for
thought.
