For our meeting Friday, I hope to have a rather thorough discussion
of what our specific recommendations should be. Please come
prepared with a set of recommendations you would like to see in
the final report, and be prepared to slug it out with the others
as to which recommendations should have high priority. It would be
helpful to know, at least for the short-term and medium-term
recommendations, how much they are likely to cost, including both
one-time cost and continuing annual cost. ..../Paul
